Privacy Policy

Team Vagner LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States and headquartered in Reno, Nevada. We build software that works for you, not on you. Our guiding principle is simple: we don't want a copy of your data. This policy covers all apps published by Team Vagner LLC, including GPX Life and Streak Life.

Data we collect

None. Our apps have no backend servers, no user accounts, and no analytics. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal information, usage data, location history, or device identifiers. There is nothing for us to leak because there is nothing for us to keep.

The only data that reaches us is email you choose to send to apps@teamvagner.com. We use it to answer you, and we don't add you to any list.

Where your data lives

• On your device. Content you create or import, and your app preferences, are stored in the app's local sandbox on your device. Your data is per-device and does not sync to us.
• In your own cloud storage (your choice). Where an app supports export or backup — for example to iCloud Drive — those files stay in your personal storage. We never see or touch them.

How your data is used

Since we don't receive it, we can't use it. Your content is processed on-device, for you. We use no advertising networks, no trackers, and no third-party analytics SDKs in any of our apps.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services operated by others. These receive only what the feature requires — never your identity or your content:

• Apple. The App Store, in-app purchases (StoreKit), and platform services such as Apple Maps are governed by Apple's privacy policy. For purchases, we receive only a yes/no entitlement — never your payment details.
• OpenStreetMap and Open-Meteo. Where an app shows map tiles or weather, requests go directly to those public services and contain only the coordinates needed for the request. See their terms at openstreetmap.org/copyright and open-meteo.com/en/terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party for advertising or any other purpose, because we do not have any to share.

Children's privacy

Our apps contain no targeted advertising, no tracking, and no user-generated social features, and are safe for users of all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will also be noted on the affected app's page.
